CHH Consulting Engineers (formerly Concannon Healy Heffernan) acted as Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers on this development predominantly consisting of office units. 

The structure of this building comprised of precast concrete columns, beams, wall panels and hollowcore flooring with isolated structural steel elements at the curved window to the front facade. Structural Steel roof trusses with multi beam purlins supported the roof sheeting.
